Need to return an item? You can return purchases from Sensationail.com conveniently online. Follow instructions below to initiate a return authorization.
If you did not set up an online account with us when you made a purchase, click here to Request Return. Complete your order number and email address to find your order and follow instructions below.
Log into My Account. Click Returns and Request New Return.
Select your order from the drop down list and click Apply. (Don’t see your order? Be aware that you can only return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase).
Select the item(s) you want to return, choose a reason and product condition. You can add additional information in comments area, then Submit. NOTE: Freight charge is non-refundable.
After submitting your return form, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours when your return request is approved. We will email you a link to your RMA packing slip. You can also access your packing slip under the Returns section of My Account. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible. Enclose a copy of the packing slip with the item(s). Be sure to keep a copy of the packing slip for your records. Return the package to the address on the packing slip using a traceable shipping method of your choice (UPS/FedEx/USPS). Then, through your account, find the Return form, add a message detailing the shipping method and tracking number, confirm shipping and submit. NOTE: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, usually within 5-7 business days, we’ll issue a refund in the amount of your item(s) purchase price to the original form of payment. You will receive a credit email confirmation. Once the refund is processed, please allow 10-14 days for the refund to post your credit/debit card account.
RETURN RULES & RESTRICTIONS
Returns of full-price and sale merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Only items purchased through Sensationail.com may be returned to our online store. Items purchased through any other retailer or wholesale partner must be returned to the place of purchase.
We are unable to support exchanges or store credit through our online warehouse.
